The immediate family also produced multiple grade 1-placed, grade 2 winner Victory U. S. A.
Tiz Mischief, a 7-year-old son of three-time leading North American sire Into Mischief , placed in three graded stakes at 2 and 3. After getting his first win by a length at Keeneland, he was second by a head to eventual grade 1-placed, multiple graded stakes winner Enticed in the Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes (G2) at Churchill Downs and defeated eventual grade 1 winner Promises Fulfilled . Tiz Mischief went on at 3 to be third in the Holy Bull Stakes (G2) and second in the Matt Win Stakes (G3). He retired with a 2-3-1 record from 17 starts and earned $217,342.
Tiz Mischief stands for a private fee to approved mares this year. Solitude Thoroughbreds is a new breeding and racing operation northwest of Fort Worth owned by Melanie Martinelli and Brian McClay.
