Belterra Park Cincinnati announced April 25 the start of its 2022 live racing season set to begin April 28. Belterra Park will host live racing Tuesday through Friday from April 28 through Oct. 6 with first post times of 12:35 p.m. ET.
The track offers free admission and free parking daily. Guests may enjoy the races in the climate-controlled River Downs Club Race Book, which features 40 high-definition televisions, 16 self-service betting stations, and seven teller betting stations.
Belterra Park is also bringing back drive-through wagering for the Longines Kentucky Oaks (G1) May 6 during noon-6 p.m. and the Kentucky Derby presented by Woodford Reserve (G1) May 7 during 10 a.m.-6 p.m. (times subject to change). The drive-through wagering site is located inside the Belterra Park garage. Guests will be able to cash their winning tickets at their convenience beginning May 8 as tickets will not expire. The drive-through wagering site accepts only cash and will only accept wagers for the Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby. To access the drive-through wagering site guests can follow directional signs on Kellogg Avenue to the garage.
Belterra Park will run special live race cards for the Preakness Stakes May 21 and the Belmont Stakes to be held June 11.
