Godolphin Flying Start Trainees for 2023-25

The class of 12 is comprised of trainees of five different nationalities.

Godolphin Flying Start is delighted to announce the latest intake of trainees for its prestigious two-year Thoroughbred Industry Management and Leadership Program. The class of 2023-25 comprises trainees of five different nationalities: Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. They will commence in Kildangan Stud, County Kildare, Ireland, Aug. 14.

This outstanding scholarship facilitates trainees to learn and experience practical horsemanship, management operations, and leadership in the global Thoroughbred industry with phases in Ireland, the UK, the USA, Australia, and Dubai. The course is accredited by University College Dublin Michael Smurfit Business School as a Graduate Certificate in Management. Over half of Godolphin Flying Start graduates are senior managers, CEOs, or business founders, and they are based across five continents, working in media, racing, breeding, bloodstock, sales, consultancy, marketing, welfare, and advocacy.
