Field of Gold will face eight rivals as he bids for classic redemption in the Irish Two Thousand Guineas (G1) at the Curragh May 24.

Field of Gold is one of three runners for Juddmonte and they also rely on the unbeaten Cosmic Year, with the impressive King Charles II Stakes winner partnered by Oisin Murphy. The powerhouse operation's team is completed by Windlord, twice placed at the group level.
Last year's shock Coventry Stakes (G2) winner Rashabar is the fourth British-trained runner in the contest. The Brian Meehan-trained 3-year-old missed an intended outing in the May 11 French Two Thousand Guineas (G1).
Aidan O'Brien is doubly represented by stakes winner Officer and group 1-placed Expanded, while the star-studded line-up also includes group 1-winning juveniles Hotazhell and Scorthy Champ.
