A 50% share in recent Prix Jean Prat (G1) winner Woodshauna will be offered on the GoffsGo platform next week.
The son of Wooded will be offered by Resolute Bloodstock, with bidding to open July 31 at 8 a.m. EST and close Aug. 1 at 8 a.m.
Bred by Haras de Magouet, Woodshauna was a winner at Deauville as a juvenile before continuing his progressive profile this year with wins in the listed Prix Montenica in March and the Prix Texanita (G3) in May. The former win saw him defeat subsequent Commonwealth Cup (G1) heroine Time For Sandals.
The colt then confirmed that effort when defeating the likes of Maranoa Charlie, The Lion In Winter, Shadow of Light, and Cosmic Year in the Prix Jean Prat earlier this month. He is likely to make his next start in the Prix Maurice de Gheest (G1) back at Deauville Aug. 10.
Prior to his group 1 success, Woodshauna sold to Resolute Bloodstock for £625,000 (US$847,685) at the Goffs London Sale on the eve of Royal Ascot.
Goffs group chief executive Henry Beeby said: "Resolute Racing's choice of GoffsGo to sell 50% of their magnificent grade 1 winner Woodshauna is an early indication of the industry's enthusiasm for this unique platform. From the day we announced, we have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback and are proud to have such a customer-focused platform that appears to have really caught the imagination for its immediacy and ease of use.
"A 50% share in Woodshauna presents a unique and rare opportunity to the market as he is a current top-class performer and his inclusion demonstrates John Stewart's innovative approach to the business."
