Oaklawn Park canceled racing Feb. 15 following the fifth race after heavy rain fell at the Hot Springs, Ark., track and surrounding areas. Races 6-10 were left on the program.
Fonner Park also canceled racing Saturday and Feb. 16, citing cold and high winds.
