FanDuel TV will host the live announcement of the pre-entered fields for the 2026 Breeders' Cup World Championships on Wednesday, Oct. 21, at 12:00 p.m. ET, it was announced today. The pre-entered fields will also be available on the Breeders' Cup website, official Mobile App, and Facebook, X, and YouTube channels.
The 43rd Breeders' Cup World Championships will be held at Keeneland Race Course on Oct. 30-31. Consisting of 14 Grade 1 races with purses and awards totaling more than $34 million, the Breeders' Cup will attract top horses and their connections from around the globe to historic Keeneland, in the heart of horse country, for an outstanding two-day international showcase of Thoroughbred racing.
The pre-entry announcement will be hosted by FanDuel TV analysts Scott Hazelton and Joaquin Jaime.
To be eligible for entry in the World Championships, contenders must be pre-entered by 12:00 p.m. ET on Monday, Oct. 19. All horses must be Breeders' Cup nominated to participate. Pre-entry is the first of a two-step process for all owners intending to start a contender in one of the 14 Breeders' Cup races.
