Sovereignty , who is well-positioned for a second Horse of the Year title after capturing the Breeders' Cup Classic (G1) Oct. 31 at Keeneland, will enter stud next year at Darley America at Jonabell Farm near Lexington for a fee of $150,000, while Pacific Classic (G1) winner Knightsbridge 's fee will be $75,000.
Sovereignty is a Godolphin homebred son of multiple leading sire Into Mischief . He became the seventh Kentucky Derby (G1) winner to also win the Breeders' Cup Classic (G1) and the first to achieve this double since Authentic in 2020. He joins an elite list that includes Ferdinand (1987), Alysheba (1988), Sunday Silence (1989), Unbridled (1990), and Triple Crown winner American Pharoah (2015).
Already a champion, Sovereignty was crowned the 2025 Horse of the Year and Eclipse champion 3-year-old colt after winning the Kentucky Derby, Belmont Stakes (G1), and Travers Stakes (G1). This year he added the Whitney Stakes (G1) and a third in the Stephen Foster Stakes (G1) to his résumé. He is the only horse to win the Kentucky Derby, Travers, and Breeders' Cup Classic, and he joins his roster mate Street Sense as the only Kentucky Derby winners to take the Travers in the past 30 years. In addition to his five grade 1 victories, he also won the Street Sense Stakes (G3) at 2 and the Fountain of Youth Stakes (G2) and Jim Dandy Stakes (G2) at 3. The fastest son of Into Mischief, he earned a 115 Beyer Speed Figure for his 10-length victory in the Travers and a 112 Beyer in the Whitney. He retires with earnings of over $10.5 million.
Sovereignty is out of the Bernardini daughter Crowned, whose dam is 2009 Spinster Stakes (G1) winner Mushka, who also ran second in the 2009 Breeders' Cup Ladies Classic (G1).
Knightsbridge, a Godolphin homebred son of the farm's Nyquist , is a five-time graded stakes winner. He finished a close third in the Breeders' Cup Classic after setting the pace. He earned a 115 Equibase Speed Figure for his performance. His career victories include a 6 1/4-length win in the Pacific Classic, a 10 1/4-length victory in the Monmouth Cup (G3), a 122 Beyer, and an 11 1/4-length win in the Gulfstream Park Mile Stakes (G3). He earned a 122 Beyer in the Monmouth Cup and a 112 Beyer in the Gulfstream Park Mile. His 122 Beyer makes him the fastest son of Nyquist. He is also a half brother to successful freshman sire Speaker's Corner , who is co-ranked at the top of the freshman sire class by number of black-type winners with three alongside Golden Pal and Corniche . Knightsbridge is out of the Bernardini mare Tyburn Brook, a daughter of 2006 Breeders' Cup Distaff (G1) and 2005 Acorn Stakes (G1) winner Round Pond. He retires with earnings of more than $2.15 million.

For the first time ever, Darley will offer a lifetime breeding right in each stallion at Fasig-Tipton's The November Sale on the evening of Nov. 2 in Lexington.
Along with the two new additions to the Jonabell roster, Speaker's Corner's fee has been set at $15,000 for 2027. He is the sire of impressive 7-length Oak Leaf Stakes (G2) winner Domain Expansion along with Spinaway Stakes (G1) runner-up Harper's Corner.
