Tattersalls is pleased to announce the appointment of John O'Kelly as Brand Ambassador & International Representative, continuing his longstanding association with the company following the conclusion of his auctioneering duties at Tattersalls last year.
In this role, O'Kelly will, as before, represent Tattersalls in a variety of ways, including bloodstock inspections, attendance at domestic and international sales and race meetings, and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Commenting on his appointment, John O'Kelly said:
"I am delighted to continue my association with Tattersalls in this new capacity. In my 34 years as an auctioneer and representing the company, I have built tremendous professional relationships with breeders, vendors and purchasers worldwide, and I look forward to maintaining those connections while further contributing to the success of Tattersalls."
Matthew Prior, Managing Director of Tattersalls, commented:
"John is one of the most recognisable and respected figures in the international bloodstock industry, and we are delighted that he will continue to represent the Tattersalls Group in this role. His professionalism, extensive experience and longstanding relationships with clients around the world are of great value to the company.
"John has made an outstanding contribution to Tattersalls over many years, and we look forward to continuing to draw on his knowledge and expertise in support of our clients and to further strengthen Tattersalls' position as Europe's leading bloodstock auctioneers."
